How do I make a reservation?

For more information about how to reserve a facility, go to the Prices & Reservations page.

What are the prices and payment methods?

Our Rental Cabins have different rates for members and non-members, weekends and weekdays. See cabin pricing details for more information.

The Lodge and Dining Hall are priced based on the type of group, time of week, size of group, number of meals, and any special needs. For pricing information, please contact us.

We accept cash, check, Mastercard, or Visa. A non-refundable deposit on cabin rental is required to guarantee your reservation and is due within 30 days of your reservation. If your reservation date does not allow for the 30 days, this deposit is due at the time you make your reservation.

Where do I check in? When can I arrive/depart?

Our check-in policy will be explained to you upon confirmation of your reservation. Check-in time is 6:00 p.m. Check-out time is 2:00 p.m.

What should I bring? Are bed linens offered at Akita?

You should bring: Bed Linens, Towels, Food, Clothing and Personal Items. All of our winterized cabins have been stocked with pots, pans, glasses, dishes and flatware for your convenience. Please refer to the cabin descriptions for bed sizes.

Are pets permitted in camp?

What about campfires?

Multiple campfire circles have been built around camp. These may be used by adults only. No fires may be built in unauthorized areas.

Large Groups

Do we need to bring our own basketballs or other sporting equipment?
